Refund PolicyWe are dealing with a perishable product and thus we do not accept returns. However, should you have any problems with the flowers within 48 hours of delivery and after we have evaluated the problem we will either do an exchange or issue an in store credit.
To ensure that we are efficient in our deliveries it is very important that the ordering customer provide us with accurate information regarding the recipient; correct name, address and phone number. We cannot be held responsible for late or non-delivery if we are not provided with this information. The ordering customer may have to pay an extra delivery charge for re delivery to a correct address.
If no one is home when we deliver, weather permitting and it appears safe to do so, (unless we have been instructed differently) the order will be left in a sheltered area at the front door. The recipient will be contacted by phone notifying them that this has been done and where they can find it.
All efforts on our part will be made to ensure delivery is done on the day requested.
